The 2023 enrollment for ObamaCare exceeded all other previous years. The Biden-Harris Administration encourages everyone who needs affordable, quality health insurance to visit HealthCare.gov and sign up for coverage by the January 16, 2024 final deadline. The actual Open Enrollment period is November 1, 2023 through January 15, 2024.
Since 2010, the ACA has made health coverage more accessible and affordable for many Americans. Thanks to the ACA, children can stay on health plans until they turn 26. Health plans can't deny coverage because you have a pre-existing condition.
